Epiphanie's "Set as default browser" window shows behind main window

Mention by @abologna in #366.

To make the window show again use

gsettings set org.gnome.Epiphany ask-for-default true

Epiphany sets a parent window for this dialog but the dialog is spawned in the show handler which seems to trigger the problem.
