Please do a new release

Phosh would benefit escpecially with !313 (closed) reverted (having a proper fix was preferred but having that settle in would make another two weeks until it reaches distros), wlroots 0.15.0 is around the corner and we really want to move to 0.14.0 so getting this out of the way would be great.
