Python 3.8 log a SyntaxWarning for 'is' with literals
Running Password Safe with Python 3.8 generates a couple of warnings as follow:
SyntaxWarning: "is" with a literal. Did you mean "=="?
It would be great to address those warnings by making the corresponding changes.
