tesseract get_version() with Radeon Open Compute Runtime fails with easy fix
tesseract -v on my machine (gentoo amd64 with ROCR) dumps a ROCR-related message to STDERR: "LoadLib(libhsa-amd-aqlprofile64.so) failed: libhsa-amd-aqlprofile64.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory" This seems to be an optional "profiling" lib not present on production installs and is harmless. However, paperwork scanning fails completely due to this, because get_version in pyocr/tesseract.py fails. It fails because stderr is requested to be joined with stdout of the 'tesseract -v' call. There is no need to do this since 'tesseract -v' outputs version information to stdout.
Easy fix: Remove 'stderr=subprocess.STDOUT' from Subprocess.Popen() on line 439.
