Update POTFILES

Updates the project's POTFILES by adding "data/ui/calorie_view.ui" to POTFILES, and removing other .rs files that contain no translatable string.

Also put desktop, metainfo and gschema files before UI and src/ files, which makes sense alphabetically, and it is very common among, hence making easier for the translators to identifying the context.
