Added snap workflow and installation of beta app as a snap

Hii, this is my first gitlab workflow related PR, so, kindly forgive me for any mistake. I copied the workflow from remmina which itself was copied from the graphs workflow. The file I previously shared need to be added here again, but only the access_secret and access_token. Also the image is probably wrong. Kindly review this @sstendahl
