Add aegis import

Merged M L requested to merge mutluler/Authenticator:add-aegis-import into master

Hello,

This MR add support for importing and exporting json files from the Aegis Android app. There are still some todos in the source code but I don't intend to fix them in this MR. I think, they are for reference for later commits/MRs.
