Added explicit mention of C as development language

Open Fionn Kelleher requested to merge osslate/developer-www:mention-c-in-introduction-languages into main

Fixes #19. Explicitly mentions C as a language that can be used to develop applications for GNOME. This adds a reference to the intro paragraph of introduction/languages, as well as an entry for C on the languages table.
