Header: Use actual GNOME logo

Cassidy James Blaede requested to merge cassidyjames/www.gnome.org:logo into main

Considering this is still the official logo, we should probably use it in the "logo" spot of the website. I took care to use the currentColor for the SVG fill, meaning it will match whatever text color would be there.
