Remove gnome-subtitles from APPS.yaml as the gnome-subtitles documentation seems to be removed in their repository as per commit 79b0d308d9451986e75671c34748861dc5e82cb8 on Sat Jun 18 2022. Commit mentions a Meson and sharp port.
