Freeze break for libhandy
I would like to propose GNOME/libhandy!815 (merged) as a freeze break.
It makes libhandy detect if the current GTK theme name ends in -dark and set the matching non-dark version, for example Yaru-dark -> Yaru.
The rationale is that it seems like Ubuntu 22.04 LTS is gonna keep setting Yaru-dark while also having new enough gsettings-desktop-schemas that it does include the color-scheme key, which will break HdyStyleManager:color-scheme - apps will think they are using the light style but the theme will be dark regardless of what's asked. With the change above it will work as expected, with apps only being dark depending on color-scheme.
P.S. themes were a mistake
