I am Ayooluwa Olosunde, I joined the Gnome Foundation through the engagement team six months ago. I have been expanding the Gnome Foundation project in Africa over the past six months, through social media channels and word of mouth. By exchanging news and organizing the Gnome Africa events. I am a co-manager of the telegram and WhatsApp channels where I serve within the capacity of sending information about Gnome to people on the platforms.
I am part of the team that planned for the Gnome Africa event. I was the moderator during the first Gnome virtual meeting in Africa. I also serve in the position of secretary and advocate for the Gnome Africa community.
I am currently contributing to the scalable onboarding process. I take notes of the meetings for documentation purposes. I contributed to the face of Gnome project and had my first PR merged by Claudio Wunder.
It helps us processing your application faster if you could quote (via @username) existing GNOME maintainers or contributors who could vouch for you and your contributions.
