The Line Art Detection options layout is inconsistent

In GIMP, the line art detection feature is really good for digital painters. It's been one of my favorite features GIMP has offered to date, since it works so well! But right now, I think the settings for Line Art Detection should be reordered, since as it stands currently, it looks a bit messy. The current "flow" of order for these particular settings don't make all that much sense (at least to me) and it visually looks messy.

This change would make this aspect of the user interface more in line with the current layout of other options in GIMP. An example of an other area of GIMP that has the same ordering as my proposal would be Fade Options in the Dynamics options of the Brush or Eraser tool:

Many other areas of GIMP hold this same ordering scheme, so I don't know why the line art settings are ordered this way.
