Individual talk recordings

On the last day of GUADEC I asked

Are sessions planned to be individually uploaded to YouTube eventually in addition to the day-long stream videos? This has been done in the past, but I know it takes a lot of time and work.

There was a bit of talk about it, but I'm not sure if anything ever came of it.

However, I have day one sliced up based on a gracious YouTube commenter as a starting point, plus a couple of sweet GNOME apps that meant I could grab the original quality of the entire playlist from YouTube and then losslessly splice them based on timestamps. I would be happy to upload these somewhere so someone could add them to the YouTube channel.

So far, none have any audio editing, but I could do a quick pass at boosting the levels for the opening remarks and the first talk, as the mic was extremely quiet. The rest sound legible.
