Sub-pages in Settings?

I've recently proposed the use of sub-pages in the Settings app, in two places: the new "Wi-Fi & Networks" section, and the Keyboard Shortcuts section that's being discussed in #14:

Some concerns were raised about this during a recent design call - let's use this issue to discuss it further.
