Quick settings: add ideas for Display Mirroring

Add a design proposal for a Quick Settings tile to manage display mirroring. Once network displays are integrated into GNOME Settings (mockups here), this will offer a quick way to mirror one's screen to a Miracast or Chromecast display. To be honest, I'm not sure if Quick Settings is right for this, but I made this mockup anyways to show some ideas I had.
