About Dialogs are impersonal

I was thinking about how impersonal software has become and how the about dialogs could do a better job of highlighting the fact that there are people behind many of the applications we all use–what a crazy notion!. This impersonality, I think, contributes a bit to the entitlement complex found throughout our community. So what if we refactor the about dialog's design do give more weight to the people behind applications (opt-in of course) instead of the licensing etc.
