Quick settings follow-ups

Quick settings are likely to land for GNOME 43. This is a running list of things that didn't make the cut, which we might want to return to for a future release:

• Bluetooth sub-menu [1]
• Night light: toggle button should always do something - GNOME/gnome-control-center#1525
• Power time estimates [2]
• Potential additional toggles:

• A way to configure which toggles are shown?
• Improve the sub-menu transition: have the toggle expand to become the sub-menu, rather than the sub-menu appearing below
