Disks: "Erase Existing Data" is misleading

In disk-dialogs.png and currently in GNOME Disks there is an Erase option. Being turned off, some people could easily think they data won't be erased when formatting.

Proposed solution: Replace with Overwrite existing data, found in volume-dialogs.png mockup
