Better looking web page
We got some great branding for Circle in #1 (closed), but the web page still doesn't look great. Before we publicly announce the initiative, we should make it look better.
The page is part of the gnome.org Wordpress instance; I'm not sure how much stylistic flexibility we have as a result.
