Complete 2018-19 board handover

We have a new board, but it seems that we haven't fully completed the handover. This is a checklist to make sure that everything has been done. In each case, new board members should have been added and old ones removed:

• board-list (moderated by @nuritzi and @zana)
• board-only (moderated by @nuritzi)
• adboard-list (moderated by @nmcgovern)
• private wiki pages
• contact details need updating
• GitLab project (probably a @csoriano thing)
• Nextcloud group (@aday can admin this)
• board web page; photos needed for:
