Establish a transparent salary and contractor policy
I am writing now a report on the budget that we approved for FY2025, and it's quite hard to explain expenses without disclosing salaries. So I'm wondering, whether adding a clause to contractor agreements saying that we retain the right to publish the amounts paid under the current contract is reasonable. This is something I've raised in the past, but no specific concrete plan has come out of it (neither from my side). Establishing a salary policy is a lot harder, than being able to publish the current numbers. Still, I believe even only doing the former is a step in the right direction. I believe this is also something that might benefit the perception of the Foundation, specially when it is something that has received quite a lot of attention in the EU (https://ec.europa.eu/commission/presscorner/detail/en/ip_22_7739 is soon to be a requirement)
