GUADEC 2018 feedback

Issues arising from the meeting of 29 May:

@csoriano to get back to the local organisers about:

  • Questions about the local entity that they plan to use - check that it's a non-profit, proper registration, bank account…
  • Inform them that the picnic location is fine
  • Location and facilities for the board and advisory board meetings

@aday to talk to them about:

  • Branded swag and trademarks
