Review monthly meeting cadence
For the 2020-21 board year, we decided to switch from bi-weekly meetings to monthly meetings, with a rotating focus on strategy, finance and policy. We have now completed our first cycle through these three topics, so it's a good point to reflect on the new meeting schedule and structure. Is it better than what we had before? Are there any ways that it can be improved?
We should discuss this at the October meeting, but directors should feel free to comment and discuss here beforehand.
