        * gtk/gtktypeutils.h:
        * gtk/gtktypeutils.c: added gtk_type_query() which returns a newly
        allocated structure holding certain type specific informations.
        fixed the big bunch of `discards const' warnings with the
        initialization of enum/flags values.
