Fixed up some of the bigendian 32bpp modes.

* gdk/gdkrgb.c (gdk_rgb_select_conv): Fixed 32bpp image depth
big-endian cases. Added a 4bpp packed gray mode (somewhat
incorrectly hardwired to MSB), which should take care of
Stric's hardware.
