ftpadmin: further updates to the regexes

This is my take at fixing #19 (closed) and another issue I noticed with the generated cache.json files.

I'm not sure how to properly test it, but it seems to correctly generate the cache.json when removing it and running ./ftpadmin show-info epiphany.
