Ignore usernames starting with project_$project_id_bot* (These usernames are reserved on the GitLab side for automation purposes)

Allow helper role the same access as maintainer (GitLab#528)

Minor improvements: list the username who added a key via account.gnome.org, also clean up users from Teams/Translation, do not error out when a project repo is 404

Don't use the Directory Manager cn for handling read/write operations, go with individual service accounts instead
