config, theme: Remove "shellblog" tag

With the inclusion of project blogs, now the Shell Blog has only one entry. We don't need to "tag" the shell blogs anymore.

This also fixes the issue of the Shell blog logo appearing in the blog face and as a shellblog tag badge.
