developer.gnome.org says pango 1.45.x is a development branch
I had always assumed that Pango used odd/even development/stable versioning (like GLib, GTK <= 3, dbus, cairo and older Linux kernels), and developer.gnome.org seems to make the same assumption.
However, according to @matthiasc on GNOME/gtk!1987 (merged), at least 1.45.x (possibly older odd-numbered branches) is considered to be equally stable, implying that the versioning scheme is (now?) an ordinary major/minor/micro with no differentiation between branches (like glibc, libxcb and newer Linux kernels).
@matthiasc, please could you confirm - did 1.45.x move to a new versioning model, or did this change longer ago, or what?
