Adding a the protocol + SITEURL to fix invalid <loc> tags
in the sitemap.xml file (they were protocol-less //).

Modified sitemap plugin to reference SITEMAP_SITEURL instead
of SITEURL.

Per FB user Sammy Yousef suggestion, add a link to the
list-all legacy tutorial page for those still needing
to find the old tutorials.

The /drafts/index.html is actually drafts-index.md in /news/
This should be tested as including a folder /drafts/ under
/content/ to see if an index.md file there will render as
expected (and still output proper draft articles).

* fixed grammar on 'generate (it)'

This should be done - asking everyone for input before
publishing.

Just point out to newcomers that the template tutorial is also
derived from a markdown file.

The template tutorial has been updated to include new material and
to work better as a basis for someone wanting to write a tutorial.

This should be worked on some more by someone later (possibly me).

The LINKS & SOCIAL settings aren't being used anywhere and
are just cluttering up the pelicanconf.local.py file.
I've commented them out for now and will likely remove them
in a future commit.

Add OUTPUT_SOURCES settings to test outputting source .md files
alongside the generated output.  Works as expected but not
enabling for the moment.

This style can be applied to div, span, or kbd and should be
used in place of the previous 'MenuCmd' class as it is applied
directly to the base element without needing wrappers.

It's cleaner this way.

Added a new page type list-all.html to list all of the
tutorials on the site, even old and deprecated ones to
have as a reference.

Start adding new content to the file to use as a reference
for new contributors to use.
