	* includes/wgo-howto-init.xhtml
	* includes/wgo-tutorial-init.xhtml
	* includes/wgo-howto-fini.xhtml
	* includes/wgo-tutorial-fini.xhtml: removed. It doesn't make 
much
	sense to maintain extra navigation bars for tutorials and 
howtos.

	Changed all affected .htrw files and include wgo-page-init and
	wgo-page-fini instead.
