You need an image of the set up to be inserted on line 14 (see 00-new-image.png) You need an image of the new transparent layer setup to be inserted on line 18 (see 0a-new-transparent-layer.png)

I will attempt to upload (attach a file) of the 2 proposed image .png files (it sure would be nice to be able to just insert the image files directly into the edited document (Please make that feature available!)
