bmp/bmpsuite/q: Remove EXPECTED_FAIL from 64bpp BMP test

Alx Sa requested to merge cmyk.student/gimp-test-images:alxsa-bmp64-fix into main

Dependent on GNOME/gimp!1868 (merged) being accepted.

Since GIMP now supports importing 64bpp BMPs, this test should no longer fail.
