Make Damned Lies commit to udisks repo

As requested here, Damned lies should be set up to commit translations to the UDisks repo on GitHub. I know @claude said this was possible, but I don’t know what the technical steps are, and I actually don’t think I have the required access to do it myself. I’m thus opening this issue for coordination purpose.
