gettext needs libappstream-glib-devel to extract correctly AppData files

As reported here, GNOME apps don't have release notes translated because Damned Lies is missing the file /usr/share/gettext/its/appdata.its provided by the package libappstream-glib-devel (in Fedora).

Please add it so we can see translated strings in applications which can use them, as GNOME Software.
