Flatpak runner (x86) jobs failing - min-free-space-percent exceeded

A few hours ago x86 flatpak jobs for Calls started failing

Exporting org.gnome.Calls to repo error: Writing content object: min-free-space-percent '3%' would be exceeded, at least 4.1?kB requested Export failed: Child process exited with code 1

This has happened on different runners (290, 287).

For scientific purposes I've retriggered an old job and this one also fails in the same way now.

Edit: I've also found a failing job for epiphany
