Archive GNOME/evolution-rss

Please, archive https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/evolution-rss/ . It requires porting to libsoup3 (which evolution 3.45.1 depends on), but, more importantly, it had been replaced by a builtin RSS Feed reader with commit GNOME/evolution@854b61ec for 3.45.2+.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
