Investigate if it's possible to run FreeBSD AMIs on AWS/DigitalOcean

GLib would like to add FreeBSD CI GNOME/glib!57 (merged), but it requires hosting. According to this page it should be possible to create our own AMI and deploy it on EC2. Is that something we would get for free from Amazon?
