Weird rule in french for quotes
Submitted by Vincent Untz
In french, when an outer quote ends with the inline quote, we only have one quote at the end. E.g.:
« I heard him say « gnome-doc-utils is so great ! » instead of what everyone (even most french people ;-)) would expect: « I heard him say « gnome-doc-utils is so great ! » »
It's currently impossible to do this in gdu.
