Draft: "Don't ask me next time" checkbox in screenshot dialog.

I would like to have a go at trying to implement a "Don't ask me next time" option in the screenshot portal. Currently, I've only added a "Don't ask me next time" checkbox but I am planning to add proper functionality in the future maybe with some help from some other people that know how the internals of the Gnome portal work.
