Add a way to exit full-screen (which does not require enabling keyboard shortcuts first)
A problem /issue encountered my multiple is trying to figure out how to exit fullscreen. Sounds stupid but there's no simple way of doing so. A universal Escape shortcut like Ctrl+Alt+Esc, Ctrl+Esc or Alt+F11 or something like that, would be useful or Virtualboxs approach (although a bit more intrusive) a banner that appears when hovering to the top.
The current way of doing, first enabling keyboard shortcuts, is absolutely awful and hated by many.
