	* vala/parser.y: declare variables at the beginning of blocks as
	  required for C89
	* gobject/valacodegeneratorclass.vala: avoid empty private struct
	  declaration
	* vapi/glib-2.0.vala: use g_ascii_strtoll instead of strtoll
