extractor tests should check that the data conforms to the ontology

See tracker-miners!182 (merged) for context: currently, the extraction testcases check that metadata is extracted from files as expected, but it doesn't check that the data follows the ontology.

We could make these tests actually insert the extracted data into a datbase, which would catch some more types of error.
