- Removed examples/tracker-steroids, unused now.
- Fixed all tracker-extract/*.c includes using libtracker-client
- Fixed TRACKER_IS_SPARQL_BUILDER for _SPARQL_IS_BUILDER
- Fixed Makefile.am includes and linking with libtracker-client were
  not needed
