shortcuts.ui: Show two shortcuts

ctrl+question: Keyboard shortcuts
totem-menu.c: Add two new shortcuts

ctrl+L: Open location / Add web video
shortcuts.ui: correct "Toggle fullscreen" action
Add missing F11 shortcut.
