save-file: copy stream file in videos dir when using flatpak

In flatpak mode, we can already copy files by using nautilus service since in the json file there is: "--talk-name=org.gnome.Nautilus"

Setting as draft because there is still:

• removing the the support for nautilus < 3.30.0
