Remove "Skip to" UI

The "Skip to" menu item and shortcuts are too hard to find. I'd like to:

  • remove the skip to... menu item from the playback controls menu in the OSD
  • add "skip to" to the shortcuts window and rename me to "jump to"
  • add "J" like "jump" as a shortcut in addition to "Shift+K"

And finally, if it's possible and looks good, make the time label to the left of the seek bar become the time spin button/entry when clicked, or triggered through a shortcut.
