Reimplement gestures

For touchscreens, and touchpads.

• Tap action to show/hide the overlays
• Double tap for skipping
• Press and drag for seeking (horizontal)
• Press and drag for volume control (vertical)

Most of those will also need overlays to show what the player is doing.
