Clarify how search panel settings affect videos shown in Totem’s library

Description
If a user finds that videos they don’t want to be indexed are appearing in Totem, it might not be obvious to them that the way to fix it is by changing the settings in the control centre search panel.
It would be useful to add a button (or something) to launch the search panel from within Totem to make it easier for users to tweak their indexing settings.
More controversially, Totem could have a first-start UI which prompts the user to check these settings. That would be a a bit more proactive, rather than reactive, but I’m unsure the user would be immediately able to think of all the directories they do/don’t want to be indexed. Bastien and I discussed this briefly on IRC, and he’s flat out against a first start UI. They have various problems, like not being re-accessible, getting in the way of the user when they just want to play a video (c.f. IE7’s first start questionnaire). A pretty bad idea overall, but at least we’ve documented why we’re not doing it.
